Therapy also via Skype

Evidence-based models designed after research have shown that CBT tends to be highly successful for the treatment of emotional disorders such as: depression, anxiety, low-mood, low self-esteem, Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, Post Traumatic Syndrome Disorder (PTSD), stress, perinatal and post-natal emotional distress as well as co-morbidities. It can be applied in adult clinics, families, young people and children alike.
Sessions are collaborative looking at problems clients have at present and geared to the specific goals set for therapy, aiming at reducing the emotional burden from the beginning of therapy. Trauma Therapy is also offered with Progressive Counting (PC) and EMDR.
CBT is at the core of treatment and the number of sessions is agreed for each client. It is possible to build in an art aspect of interest to the client from drama, to painting, use of colour, music, dance or other art forms.

There is always a light ahead even after a storm
